desired things in life and stress can destroy all of them.
Be cautious; eliminate stress before it eliminates you. Stress
is slowly becoming a part of our social life; the causes for
stress are endless. An overdose of happiness can also cause
stress. Negative thoughts, feeling, emotional setback, work
pressure is the primal factors resulting in stress.
But they are not the only causes; simple events
in day to day life can also lead to terrible stress- brawl
with a friend, family disputes, financial problems etc. How
to kill this ferocious enemy of ours?? ……Remember that stress
is not a physical illness like obesity which can be cured
by diet pills, it's a psychological enemy which has to be
fought psychologically. It affects you physically, mentally
as well as emotionally, so be prepared to kick it away from
your life.
