| Side effects, that may go away during treatment, include
- restlessness,
- nervousness,
- difficulty sleeping,
- or dry mouth.
Central Nervous System: In a few epileptics an increase
in convulsive episodes has been reported; rarely psychotic
episodes at recommended doses; dyskinesia, blurred vision,
overstimulation, nervousness, restlessness, dizziness, jitteriness,
insomnia, anxiety, euphoria, depression, dysphoria, tremor,
mydriasis, drowsiness, malaise, headache
Gastrointestinal: Vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort,
dryness of the mouth, unpleasant taste, nausea, constipation,
other gastrointestinal disturbances
Allergic: Urticaria, rash, ecchymosis, erythema
If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor.
If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your
doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
Note: Appetite suppressants are not a substitute for
proper diet. For maximum effects, this must be used in conjunction
with a diet and exercise program. Do not share this medication
with others and consult your health care provider before using
this medication.
