Basically there is no magical method to get rid of some
problem. You need to be more tentative towards your
goal. For most of us, food is instant and easily available
- Bread, butter, drinks but for others they are fatty
foods. Whether you are taking a loaf of bread, or you
are taking a huge amount of salad, you need to slog
through the extra food.
The more food your body has to burn,
tougher it will become for your body to burn calories.
The body has a lot of things to do. It gets enervated
in the process. Calories are unit of energy. After taking
a good food, you should feel energized than feel tired.
Now let's discuss the approach to leave addiction step
by step.
Firstly, you should be resistitive to changes. You should
not indulge in some kind of beverage at your every breakfast.
You should limit it at every two or three week.
Also you could try soup, and then weigh yourself weekly.
Keep in mind that addiction dupes you into a state where
you always tend to justify your behavior.
Secondly, stick to your daily plan. Suppose you join
a plan to lose weight and you have decided that I should
take a cup of tea in a day then don't opt for another
come no matter how much enticed you feel. Also if you
want to skip breakfast or meals, reconsider your decision.
Thirdly, always try to get most out of life and enjoy
all the moments you are living while on a weight loss
course. I tried cereal and I enjoyed it and I did not
think I'd like it, but I did so.
Fourthly, the new way is supposed to wonderful.
Your attachment on some food does not predict how much
you "love" any particular food. But it shows
how much you are addicted to a particular food, thinking
of it all the time, getting it and taking it in a certain
way becomes the important part of your self medicating
ritual. You eat something as you feel desire for that
food. Contrary to the fact that you get into the grip
of discomfort caused by not eating the food, you should
follow the diet program as beneficial to you.
After knowing your all stages, you will be more confident
in losing your addiction in taking certain item. And
also it helps you to quell your anger and anxiety. Now
you can deal with the feelings more accurately and more
directly.
